As you probably know, in addtion to your application there are some support documents we will need to process your loan. So to give you advance notice, here's a list of item we may request you fax to us. And by the way, we may not need all of them for your loan...we'll let you know which ones to send.
Two years of W-2 Forms
The most recent two pay stubs
Your most recent bank statememt (all pages, even the blank ones)
Printed statements of assets you own such as stocks, mutual funds or IRA'S (Sorry, but internet statements are not acceptable)
The name and phone number of your insurance agent.
Your Federal tax returns for the last two years.
